RECIPE: Easy Sweet Potato Breakfast Bowl
A low carb, low calorie, delicious breakfast that is packed full of healthy-fats, yet is still weight-loss friendly! The protein, fibre, vitamins and minerals content in this recipe is incredible!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup mashed sweet potato
- 1 scoop DEF
- 1/2 tablespoon coconut flour
- Natural sweetener (stevia or monkfruit)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 1-2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons plant-based milk
Method:
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients except the milk and tahini
- Add plant-based milk a little bit at a time and mix until smooth
- Add ore or less milk as required
- Add tahini and enjoy!
