RECIPE: Easy Sweet Potato Breakfast Bowl

A low carb, low calorie, delicious breakfast that is packed full of healthy-fats, yet is still weight-loss friendly! The protein, fibre, vitamins and minerals content in this recipe is incredible! 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mashed sweet potato
  • 1 scoop DEF
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut flour
  • Natural sweetener (stevia or monkfruit)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 1-2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons plant-based milk

 

Method:

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except the milk and tahini
  2. Add plant-based milk a little bit at a time and mix until smooth
  3. Add ore or less milk as required
  4. Add tahini and enjoy!
