RECIPE: Chocolate Chip Baked Oats
A delicious breakfast treat, or sweet snack, that is full of healthy fats, antioxidants, protein, vitamins, minerals and fibre!
Ingredients:
- 2 Scoops of Daily Essential Formula
- 3/4 Cup of Plant-Based Milk
- 1 Banana
- 1-2 Tbsp Nasties-Free Chocolate Chips
- 3/4 Cup GF Oats
- Pinch of Good Quality Salt
- Dark Chocolate
- Optional Toppings: Cinnamon, Tahini
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Add all ingredients to a non-toxic oven proof bowl
- Combine all ingredients in bowl, place the dark chocolate in the centre and cover it.
- Bake until fully cooked (approx 15 min)
