RECIPE: Chocolate Chip Baked Oats

A delicious breakfast treat, or sweet snack, that is full of healthy fats, antioxidants,  protein, vitamins, minerals and fibre! 


  • 2 Scoops of Daily Essential Formula
  • 3/4 Cup of Plant-Based Milk
  • 1 Banana
  • 1-2 Tbsp Nasties-Free Chocolate Chips
  • 3/4 Cup GF Oats
  • Pinch of Good Quality Salt
  • Dark Chocolate
  • Optional Toppings: Cinnamon, Tahini



  • Preheat oven to 180°C
  • Add all ingredients to a non-toxic oven proof bowl
  • Combine all ingredients in bowl, place the dark chocolate in the centre and cover it.
  • Bake until fully cooked (approx 15 min)
