RECIPE: Raspberry Chia Pudding
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
🌱3 tbsp chia seeds
😍2 tbsp Daily Essential Formula
🍁1 tbsp maple syrup
🥄1 tsp vanilla extract
🥛 3/4 cup almond milk
🧂 Pinch sea salt
♥️ 1 cup raspberries mashed plus more for garnish
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and place it in the fridge to thicken for about 30-60 min
2. Garnish with extra raspberries & enjoy ❤️
